Sorry we didn't get back to you sooner. It has been a hectic start to the week. First off, we want to thank you for the knowledge, professionalism and enthusiasm that you brought to your presentation. Unfortunately, as we mentioned, we were getting a second quote and will ultimately be going with the other company. But please allow me to explain how this came about. We reached out to you following Leah's recommendation a while back. In discussing our reno and upcoming progress with my father in law he mentioned that he had a friend who owns a blind company and reached out to him. Both quotes were very similar, and ultimately this decision is based on the family connection rather than any difference in the quotes.

“Good morning Jeremy, I didn’t get a chance to say a real thank you yesterday. Things were a little crazy at the house but I wanted to say how much we really appreciate you putting the finishing touches to our forever home. The blinds all look absolutely amazing!! Wow!
